The event will be sanctioned by the Ultimate Super Late Model Series and will feature a 60 lap feature paying the winner a cool $20,000. It is the richest race of the season for Virginia Motor Speedway and the highest paying event on the Ultimate Super Late Model Series schedule. The event will also include a $3000 to win Fastrak Pro Late Model National Touring event. A Sunday April 12th rain date has been established if needed. Fans can expect to see the best in national and regional dirt late model drivers for this highly anticipated event. Defending Ultimate Super Late Model Series Champion Dennis Franklin, current point leader Dustin Mitchell, two-time series champion Casey Roberts, Jeff Smith, Casey Barrow and the rest of the Ultimate Series regulars will have their hands full as they compete against TireX USA 100 Champion Chris Ferguson, Ricky Elliott, Jason Covert, Jamie Lathroum and a host of other regional hot shoes for the top prize. Jamaica, VA – The buzz surrounding the Aaron’s King of the Commonwealth has prompted track owner Bill Sawyer to once again offer the fans an exceptional “Fan Friendly” ticket pricing package for the $20,000 to win, one-day show on Saturday April 11, 2015. This year’s event will be sanctioned by the Ultimate Super Late Model Series and will also feature at $3000 to win Fastrak Pro Late Model “National Bonus” event. “I think it’s important that we look after the working man’s pocketbook, to make it affordable for him to be able to come to Virginia Motor Speedway for our biggest show of the year. We want to put a very good ticket price out there and hopefully do the volume of numbers coming through the gate,” commented Track owner Bill Sawyer. Jamaica, VA – The tentative 2015 schedule for Bill Sawyer’s Virginia Motor Speedway has been released and includes 12 weeks of Virginia Army National Guard Dirt Series action, three special events and two mud bogs. The track’s always competitive weekly divisions begin their race for the division Championships and the Virginia Army National Guard Dirt Series Championship on Saturday April 18th and end with the final point’s race of the season on Saturday September 5th. This year’s division line-up will once again include the Victory Lap Late Models, Aaron’s Pro Late Models, Truckin Thunder Sportsman, Budweiser Modifieds and the Collision One Limited Stock Cars. Opening up the 2015 season will be the Aaron’s King of the Commonwealth sanctioned by the very popular Ultimate Super Late Model Series. The one day $20,000 event is expected to bring some of the nationals top super late model drivers back to the Commonwealth of Virginia for what will be one of the best races of the year. The Ultimate Super Late Model Series will then return on Saturday May 16th as they sanction the 37th Annual USA 100. For the first time the speedway will host two, $3000 to win Fastrak Pro Late Model “National Bonus Race” events in conjunction with both super late model events, making both events a late model fans dream. After producing one of the best races in the track’s history the Fastrak World Championship will return to the 2015 schedule. The “Super Bowl” of Pro Late Model racing is scheduled for September 18 – 19, 2015. The event will feature two, $3000 to win events on Friday, September 18th and the $15,000 to win finale on Saturday, September 19th that will crown the Fastrak Pro Late Model World Champion. Along with the weekly racing action and the special events the speedway will also host two mud bogs at its state of the art mud bog facility that will be celebrating its eleventh year of racing. The popular show produced by Len Sammons Productions is back at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA. The 30th Annual Pioneer Pole Buildings Motorsports 2015 Fueled by Sunoco Race Fuels and Distributed by Insinger Performance Race Car and Trade Show will cover close to 220,000 square feet of the Expo Center with more than 600 exhibit areas offering just about everything automotive. Close to 200 racecars will be on display and there will be appearances by many of the top names in the sport along with many local and regional stars including Joey Logano, former Philadelphia Eagles running back Brian Westbrook, Dr. Dick Berggren and many others. This year the speedway will have a booth in cooperation with Fastrak Racing and the Ultimate Super Late Model Series.
