Carter Machinery Mud Mayhem Mud Bog Delivers Explosive Action at The Pit at Virginia Motor Speedway

JAMAICA, VA – Huge air, wild side-by-side racing, and nonstop adrenaline highlighted the 16th Annual Carter Machinery Mud Mayhem Mud Bog presented by WhosYourDriver.org at The Pit at Virginia Motor Speedway this past Saturday.

With perfect weather and a massive crowd packing The Pit, fans witnessed some of the best Mega Truck racing in the country as the Premier Mega Truck Racing Series brought the intensity for race number two of its 2026 season.

A stacked field of 35 trucks rolled into Jamaica, Virginia, including 24 Carbon Shock Technologies Pro Mega Trucks and 11 Clayton Homes Super Trucks, putting on an unforgettable show filled with insane launches, tight head-to-head battles, and jaw-dropping freestyle action.

The event was proudly sponsored by Atkins Petroleum & Propane, Battle Scarred Outdoors, Battlefield Wildlife Services, Precision Welding & Fabrication, Al Pugh Distributing, Busch Light, Kill Devil Diesel, Gary’s Transmission, and J.D.S. Enterprises.

The crowd erupted during the Hoyles Tire & Axle Freestyle competition when Ethan Underwood in Outkast and Andrew Underwood in Sucker Punch hit the pit together as Team WFO Racing in an all-out freestyle assault that earned them the freestyle victory.

The next event at The Pit at Virginia Motor Speedway will be the Carter Machinery Run-A-Muck Mud Bog presented by WhosYourDriver.org on October 4th, featuring one of the biggest payouts on the East Coast with King of the Megas paying a minimum of $10,000-to-win and the King of 1-Ton Super Trucks paying a minimum of $5,000-to-win.

Fans will also witness four hill-n-hole divisions battling it out in the brutal 200-foot pit. More exciting announcements about the event will be released soon across The Pit and Premier Mega Truck Racing social media channels.
